An award winning creatively diverse Music Producer (From Dayton, Ohio) with over 10 years of successful experience composing, producing, mixing & mastering music in multiple genera’s including R&B, Hip Hop, Pop, EDM, Film, Digital Media, and Video Games.
How did you come up with your artist name?
My name is Gary so off the G “G Money” lol … You Know I Made Tha Beat (Beat Tag) was a phrase I used early in my short career as a “Rapper”.
How long have you been in the music industry?
Since 2009!
How did you get started in the music business in the first place?
I always loved music and wanted to learn how to create my own songs/beats. Figured it out and started uploading my beats and songs on the internet 2006!
How would you describe your latest single?
My latest release was my Beat Album.. Session 1 (Crazy Dope vibes for any and every artist).
When can fans expect the visuals for the single?
Real soon, planning to drop visual concepts behind each beat on the album.
Who are your inspirations in the music industry?
Musically – Kanye West, Dip Set, Ohio Funk Music.
How do you go about writing a song and what is your process?
Usually just a feeling or thought.. that then turns into me recording that idea digitally whether it be producing the beat or craft lyrically.
What is the concept behind your forthcoming project if working on one?
My next project is titled “Lingo” and it’s a compilation of a song I’ve produced new and old.
Any plans on touring to promote your latest single?
Working on a pop up/workshop type experience. Still working out the kinks.
What did you buy with your first check off music?
New equipment and BILLS!!!! lol
What are must haves when your in the studio working?
FL Studio and Good Weed lol
What is the best piece of advice in this business you actually followed?
Leave your hometown!!!

Do you think your music is mostly enjoyed more for the beats or for the lyrical flow and content?
I would say a lil bit of both but mainly beats.
What area do you need to improve on in regards to your career? (Example: Better production, Delivery, Stage presence, etc…)
Being the Face “G money” and not just the Name if that makes sense!

Kanye West… I feel like his story and music is what resonates the most with me!

Jay Z when you look at his story and what he overcame along with the influence he has on the world in general today!

How do you feel about the current state of music?
I feel like music will never die, the sound gets better with time and struggle.
Any dream award shows you hope to one day play at?
The grammys of course.
What is your main goal as far as music?
Inspire as many as possible to never give up on their dreams.
Who would you say your music relates to the most?
Every Soul.
What separates you from other artists? (What’s makes you different?)
Not being afraid to be different when it comes to sound choice and creating.
When your not in the studio, What do you like to do for fun and relaxation?
Work don’t stop lol but family is what makes and keeps me happy, so any free time with them off top is key.
If you could work with any producer who would it be?
Kanye or Timberland.
What’s the biggest highlight of your career thus far?
I don’t hold any blessing higher than the next but hearing artist you grew up listening to now rap on your beats has to be the best feeling personally.
What is your dream venue to perform at?
Heinz Field opening up for the Steelers!
What’s the name of the last book you read and by whom?
The Art and Science of Respect by J Prince.
What’s your favourite sports team and why?
Pittsburg Steelers ….Family tradition (in my blood)

Wood Harris “Paid in Full”.

Lebron James – From Ohio and stands for something bigger than his self.
What can we expect from you in the future?
You can always expect dope music! I’ll be releasing a project with my Artist/Brother Prince Dugan titled “KAPCOM” definitely excited about that body of work!
