How long have you been in the music industry?
Pretty much my entire life to be honest. I started learning music by learning how to play the acoustic guitar at the age of 6. I didn’t start to actually record and release music until my teenage years while I was in high school. While I was going to Highland High School in Salt Lake City, Utah; I got to perform at assembly’s and just kept going from there.
How would you describe your latest single?
Let’s Ride is my first ever country single. I tried to make it pure country, but at the same time still have that unique hip hop sound mixed with it. I am still working on my full-length country album at the moment which many of the songs will have that same style to them. Cannot wait for everyone to hear it.
What is your main goal as far as music?
To inspire others.
Do you think your music is mostly enjoyed more for the beats or for the lyrical flow and content?
All of it to be completely honest. I have a very distinct sound when it comes to my music, and I think that’s what attracts all my listeners. The unique beats, the unique lyrics, and the unique content as a whole.
Whose your favourite five artists right now?
My favourite artists currently at the moment are Luke Bryan, Riley Green, Jordan Davis, Chris Lane, and Jaret Ray Reddick.
What’s the biggest highlight of your career thus far?
Being featured on Jimmy Fallon and performing at the Hard Rock Cafe in Las Vegas. Those two moments really inspired me to keep on going.
What’s your favourite sports team and why?
I actually don’t follow sports as much anymore, but if I had to choose I would say the Dallas Cowboys. I chose them because one of my friends actually plays for them. His name is Simi Fehoko so I only route for the Cowboys just for him.
Name someone famous who inspires you and why?
Thats a very challenging question but a great one to ask. I would have to say my big brother Mod Sun. His outgoing personality and the way he strives for the best every single day really inspires me the most.
What can we expect from you in the future?
A new country album, and myself becoming registered nurse. I am currently in nursing school at the moment and I am so excited to be finished with it by next summer of 2023.
